Nobleix AI Policy

The Concierge is powered by third-party large language models, including Google Gemini, accessed through an AI gateway. It generates text automatically based on your prompts. It is a tool, not a person, and not an employee, agent, or representative of Nobleix capable of making commitments on our behalf.

• Output may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, biased, or fabricated ("hallucinations").
• Budget and timeline estimates are rough suggestions, not quotes or guarantees.
• Recommendations about creators or approaches are not endorsements.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to rely on any output.

Concierge output is for informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. The Concierge will not draft binding contracts or advise on payment disputes. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.

• Prompts and conversation history are sent to our AI providers to generate responses.
• Do not share passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, health information, or other sensitive personal data with the Concierge.
• Conversations in this alpha are not saved to your account and are cleared when you leave the page.
• We do not sell your prompts, and we do not use them to train our own models.

As between you and Nobleix, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use the output you receive for your own purposes. Because similar prompts may yield similar output for others, output may not be unique, and AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection. You are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe third-party rights.

• Generating illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or deceptive content;
• Creating spam, fake job posts, fake reviews, or phishing material;
• Attempting to jailbreak, reverse-engineer, or extract the Concierge's instructions;
• Automated or high-volume querying, or using output to build competing models;
• Impersonating real people or misrepresenting AI output as human-made where disclosure is required.

We may limit, throttle, or disable Concierge access at any time, including for overuse or misuse. Violations are handled under the Acceptable Use Policy in our Terms, up to immediate suspension.

The Concierge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and with no guarantee of availability or accuracy. The Limitation of Liability in our Terms applies in full to the Concierge and any reliance on its output. Third-party AI providers are governed by their own terms, for which Nobleix is not responsible.
